2.Unlocked bootloader
3.Installed TWRP( recommended twrp 2.8.0.7 by Sminki)
4.The official version of firmware must to be not lower as Android 6.0! (330-380)
5.Direct hands driver)

                                                      INSTALLATIONS GUIDE!

1.Download a rom.
2.Put it on sdcard
3.Reboot to twrp
4.Make FACTORY RESET in TWRP!!! NOT wipe data and cache! 
                    YOU HAVE TO MAKE FACTORY RESET
5.Flash a rom
6.Reboot to the system
7.Setup a rom
8.Reboot to twrp again
9.And flash a Gapps

Installations guide for Unofficiall CyanogenMod 11 by Psx project AD. DONORS VERSION!

Friends. I hope that you understand the risks if you install non manufacturer firmware .
 I do not take any responsibility for it. Support for your device manufacturer over. A Cyanogenmod not support all our device.
I also hope that you are able to without help install the firmware. That is, you have a smart head and straight arms)
Lets beginn

The most important condition, you should have unlocked bootloader on your device.

Важнейшим условием, вы должны иметь разблокированный загрузчик на вашем устройстве.

Вторым важным условием является наличие кастомного рековери,
Также я не буду объяснять, как его установить.
Если эти два условия выполнены, вы можете приступить к установке.

1.Download  Unofficiall CyanogenMod by PSX project AD

2.Put this file on external SDcard

3.Reboot you device in to recovery mode

4.Wipe factory reset

5.Wipe cust partitions

6.Choose INSTALL ZIP

7.Choose zip from externel sdcard

8.Choose FILE with CyanogenMod

9.Install

10.If is it finish reboot to normal mode

11.If is asked for fix superuser permissions, allow it to do.

BINGO!

If you device is booted adjust netconnections(wifi or mobile) , open app menu and start BUSYBOX INSTALLER app. Grant superuser privilege to this app, choose busybox version 1.20.2 and tap install.

Немного истории. К сожалению я последний и единственный, кто занимается модификациями для Хонор 2, кто смог запустить андроид 4.4 на устройстве, которое давно не поддерживается производителем. Не скажу что это было легко для меня, скорее наоборот. И процесс занял очень много моего времени и ресурсов, можно сказать, что это продолжается по сей день.
 До идеала ещё далеко. Недостаток знаний нелегко восполнить, это занимает уйму времени и сил, долгими часами приходится заниматься поиском нужного в интернете, чтобы найти что-то.
